Their yogurt is very tasty. It would be 5 stars if it was more competitive with pricing as other yogurt places. I love the fresh fruit toppings!

Excellent yogurt options. Yummy toppings. And great staff to help us out. My mom and I had a nice "treat night". Mom couldn't believe the machinery! We'll be back.

I like it a lot the children I babysit love it. There are many toppings. They have 2 delicious dairy free sorbet and I think, that's perfect. The young lady had the place clean and well organized. She served with a smile I was very impressed all while I was there she did not look at her fun she stayed busy and made sure everyone was served. I will be going back.

Good stuff. Your average fro yo place. Sugar free options available for fro yo and toppings. A couple sorbet options for vegans. Honey Hill Farms yogurt brand.

After a softball game /tournament in the area, at 8:50pm, about 15 of us headed to Crave for a nice treat, as we entered , every single condiment was wrapped up and unavailable. we only had frozen yogurt to buy.. perhaps you might want to tell the employees to close up the condiments AFTER you close. You lost and will continue to lose alot of revenue if this continues.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was overpriced and the yogurt wasn't very good. For two cups of yogurt (and mine without toppings) we spent $16.

I really enjoy Crave, they have some of my favorite flavors of fro-yo including dark chocolate, mango and peanut butter but you can't go wrong with their salted caramel it's pretty much the best frozen yogurt ever. Yes, the layout is strange and the topping bar is split in too different parts of the store making it awkward if it is busy. But over all it's very enjoyable. experience. It's clean, the staff is friendly and keeps everything well stoked.

Overall a positive addition to the West Linn Marketplace. I'll get the negatives out of the way first: -- At $.47/oz , it is one of the more expensive frozen yogurt shops in this area. -- Rather than offering a local product, YoCream, the yogurt is from Honey Hill Farms out of Virginia. -- I want to feng shui their toppings bar. It is early days for this business that opened a few weeks ago in the Old Willamette neighborhood. Good location with convenient access to I-205 and for families in this part of West Linn. With 5 Guys in the same complex, I can easily see families doing a dinner and dessert combo after practice and games. They have a large interior space and a couple of outdoor tables with seats in a glowing florescent green. The entire business has a clean, modern feel and they offer free wi-fi. It sort of feels like a techno lounge for those with a sweet tooth. Crave has the competition beat by serving a whopping 24 different flavors, including low-fat, no sugar and dairy-free sorbets. Most dessert diners with special needs (diabetic, lactose intolerant) are covered. In my experience, most yogurt shops offer 8-10 flavors, so the sheer number of options is impressive here. All flavors are displayed on digital readouts and many have nutritional information. It is the typical, flavor on the left, flavor on the right and combination swirl in the middle. Some of the current combinations are a little interesting (red velvet cake and salted caramel), in addition to traditional favorites like chocolate and peanut butter. The machines have very rigid levers, so you need to push back up immediately so you don't inadvertently over serve yourself. They have plentiful toppings divided into dispensers on the wall and then a bar with sneeze guard on the counter. In a bit of an odd twist, the fresh fruit is at the back of the bar and would be pretty difficult for most young customers to reach. Personally, I'd move the fruit to the front. Both my son and I have eaten here and at Mountain Toppers up the hill. We both slightly prefer this location. They plan to offer punch cards within the week, but currently have a 25% off deal if you check in on Facebook.

Employees seem like they're serving out a prison sentence. . Way too expensive at 47 cents per ounce -- For example, an employee inadvertently rang my yogurt up as a t-shirt and with a straight face told me my yogurt was $15.99. When I questioned this, she coldly replied, "Oh, I rang it as a t-shirt." Obviously, she was not shocked at a $16.00 cup of frozen yogurt. Also, changing your flavors once every four months is just plain dumb. Look at your competition -- Yogurtland and Peachwave -- they are constantly changing their flavors and are MUCH cheaper.

Upbeat staff, modern and bright decor and good frozen yogurt. A bit on the expensive side but all frozen yogurt places that charge by weight are similar. Decent amount of toppings and flavor choices.

The yogurt was fine, nothing special, but what really irked me was I received a coupon to try their 8 oz. yogurt in my local paper "free". So I thought why not, it's a local establishment in my neighborhood. I asked the girl behind the counter which bowl was the 8 oz bowl and her response was we don't have one but the smaller one is 12 oz. She said I could fill it and pay the difference which was $.47 per oz and the coupon was worth $4.00 off. So I didn't even fill up the bowl and when it was weighed it was 15 oz! Not even a pint! I swear, the bowl was not even filled (I have a photo if it). It cost me an extra $3.09. This means a pint of yogurt would cost you $7.52! I can't believe this yogurt was worth $7.09 and to not have an 8 oz. bowl and to put a coupon stating a free 8oz yogurt seems kind of misleading to me. Heck even Ben n Jerry's or Baskins Robbins doesn't cost $7.00 for a large ice cream! Heck I can get 2 B&J's pints for $7 at my local grocery store when they're on sale. Really shocked, disappointed and this is way too expensive for me!

Meh... Chocolate was pretty good. Mango was not so good. The dispensers spew out the yogurt and are hard to turn off resulting in more yogurt than you intended. I probably won't be back.
